When placing your order, please make sure to carefully measure your dog's neck to ensure a good fit. The best method for doing this is to take a snug measurement of the lowest part of your pet's neck (just above the withers). You should order a bandana that allows for about 2 or 3 inches extra room. For instance, if your dog or cat has a neck size of 10, 11 or 12 inches, you would order a size small (13 inches). If your pet's neck is 13 inches, you would order a size medium (16 inches). The bandana should not fit tight, but rather should be slightly loose.
We will gladly replace any bandana that does not fit properly, provided that it is send back to us within 2 weeks of receipt, and that it is clean and has not been worn - except to try on. We do not offer refunds, and additional shipping charges will apply for shipping replacement orders. Gift certificates may also be requested in lieu of a replacement order.
